Eng Loh Kopitiam
Early morning breakfast at Eng Loh Kopitiam was always different for the town people of Penang. Normal toast bread is usually easy to make at home but this kopitiam makes nice toast bread.
They are famous for the Roti Taiwan ( toast Indian bread with peanut butter and top with peanuts chunk.) and Roti Garlic ( toast bread with garlic butter and top with black pepper.).
Hot from the oven toaster together with nice refreshing cold or hot black coffee. It goes well hand and hand.Plus with nice 1/2 boiled eggs to go with as extra order. You can place more orders to other Breakfast sets offer by the Eng Loh Kopitiam.
During lunch time, you will find others stalls like Nasi Kandar, Dry Keow Teow, Chicken Rice, Fried Mee/Rice, Hokkien Mee, Loh Mee, Curry Mee, Wan Tan Mee and many more.
It's kinda classic but classic food are the best to me and any one in Penang. The black coffee is also one of the best in downtown.
The kopitiam also provide a medium star hotel stay near to the historical parts of Georgetown of Penang.
